This product provided me with all the effects I was looking for in exogenous ketones. The flavoring is a little rough but I just add some sugar free electrolyte mix to it and it tastes way better! Overall I recommend.

Energy without jitters
The taste was better than average for a pre-workout. It gave me plenty of energy for my workout without ending up jittery. There also doesn't seem to be any come down effect.

Very good ingredients, no sugar!
I love that this company does not use sugar and instead uses other natural sweeteners. The lemon flavor on this product was ok, their EAAs lemon flavor is better but still recommend if you want a pre workout!
